So what is coaching, anyways? It may seem a bit nebulous for some, but we see it as a way to provide support and guidance to help you move forward. And yes, it would seem everyone is trying to become a coach these days. And what we can tell you is that we’re here to support you and your journey in an inclusive and supportive way. Whether that be in tech, startup, large corporate, life transitions, or leading authentically – we've got you covered. We offer a space that is personal, safe, and kind to get you to the other side and celebrate with you when we get there. As Designers, we combine both User-Centered Design and Coaching Principles to support you. Did we mention that coaches aren’t just for execs? We sincerely believe coaching can benefit everyone. Bring you, your individuality. We’d be honored to be a part of your journey.
you don’t have to choose just one
We understand that one size doesn’t fit all. That’s why we offer working with multiple coaches as an option. As a collective of folks working together, you have the option of working with all of us, or two of us, or one of us. An example would be, if you had a package of 5-sessions, we may decide that chatting with another coach on the team would also be helpful. We will discuss as to whether you’d like information/notes shared across the coach team. We don’t take things personally, we each have our strengths and are here to support your needs.
